Fresh Feet ZA is committed to providing high-quality authentic sneakers with a hassle-free shopping experience. We offer a return and refund policy to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining fair business practices. This policy applies to all purchases made through our Shopify store, WhatsApp, or other approved channels.

Return Eligibility

Timeframe: You may return items within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.

Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging (including boxes, tags, and accessories), and in the same condition as received.

Reasons: Returns are accepted for the following reasons:

Defective Product: Manufacturing faults (e.g., stitching issues, sole damage).

Incorrect Item: Wrong size, color, or model delivered.

Change of Mind: Subject to a restocking fee (see below).

Exclusions: Items damaged due to misuse, altered (e.g., customized), or without proof of purchase are not eligible.

Refund Process

Request: Contact us via WhatsApp (0789881976) or email (freshfeetza25@gmail.com) within 7 days, providing your order number and reason for return.

Inspection: We will assess the returned item upon receipt (within 5 business days).

Approval: If eligible, a refund will be issued within 10 business days.

Amount:

Full refund (excluding delivery fee R50) for defective/incorrect items.

Refund minus a R100 restocking fee for change of mind returns.

Method: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or as store credit, at your preference.

Return Shipping

Cost: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (R50, payable to The Courier Guy).

Process: Package the item securely, include a copy of the invoice, and arrange pickup via The Courier Guy. Provide tracking details to us.

Risk: Items lost or damaged during return shipping are not refundable.

Exchange Option

If you prefer an exchange (e.g., different size), contact us within 7 days. Subject to availability, we will ship the replacement at no additional delivery cost, provided the return is approved.

Cancellation Before Delivery

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund (excluding R50 delivery fee if processing has begun). Notify us via WhatsApp or email.
